While there's no one-size-fits-all technique for restoring regulation to our nervous system there is a blueprint that Irene Lyon has found works well for healing trauma and rewiring the nervous system.

During this drop-in class Irene will teach you what the the five stages of neuroplastic healing* are and why sequencing them is critical for solid nervous system regulation to come back online (and most importantly: stay online).

Via this blueprint she has helped thousands discover what it means to naturally release trauma, restore key organ systems, repair attachment wounds, and much more.

While this class will be heavier on the theory, she will bring in her classic neurosensory exercises to put the theory to the test and offer up some basics that everyone can practice.

Come ready to take some notes, interact a little bit in our Zoom chat, and drop-in to the present moment of noticing, sensing, moving, and orienting.

“WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THAT DAY AND TIME?”

No problem! This class will be recorded and the video and audio recording will be sent to everyone who registered. This means you can participate and gain the benefits of this guided class no matter where you are in the world and you have the recording to practice to your heart’s (and nervous system’s) content!!

“DO I HAVE TO SIT, STAND, LIE DOWN?”

This lesson will be suitable for ALL resting positions, and you are free to shift from one position to another at any time throughout the class. 

“WHAT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?”

No need for fancy clothes, or props. Just you, your biology, and the environment, together as one. (Oh, and showing up with a curious beginner’s mind!!)
